Pinot Envy 2007 :: Friday, 1st June 2007, 6.30pm
The natural affinity of the famously fickle, finicky and choosy Pinot Noir for our home, the Adelaide Hills, has led our winemakers to tackle the challenge that is Pinot. We have tussled, cajoled, pampered and even talked dirty to it and we have set a benchmark for producing some of the best Pinots Noir in Australia. We invite you to share our experiences of this enticing and seductive grape at Pinot Envy. Enjoy some of the region’s finest Pinots, and a few from around the world, expertly matched to a three course feast while learning the mysteries of the grape from our winemakers and the self-confessed Pinotphiles behind the labels.
