A medium bodied cool-climate Shiraz, with blueberry and mulberry on the nose and a palate showing dry spice and some earthy notes with ripe round tannins which are overwhelmed by the fruit, but become assertive on the finish.

Exclusively available from Cellar Door, the S+S Aged Release wines are very limited. This 2007 Riesling has been stamped 'ready' for re-release.

This Varietal Spirit was made from the Shaw + Smith Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, inspired by the European tradition of winemakers distilling for friends and family.

A medium bodied cool-climate Shiraz, with blueberry and mulberry on the nose and a palate showing dry spice and some earthy notes with ripe round tannins which are overwhelmed by the fruit, but become assertive on the finish.

A young, fresh, fruit-driven style, with citrus and stone fruit notes on the nose.

Medium bodied with gentle cherry and strawberry aromas. A very drinkable light to medium bodied style with good Pinot character and soft tannins.

A lovely colour with crimson tones. Bright red fruit (Satsuma plums) is supported by a typically crisp acidity of Barbera.

Youthful, cool climate Shiraz. Vibrant, pepper and red fruit characters complemented with subtle oak integration and a medium bodied palate.
