Shaw + Smith's winery houses our Tasting Room, offices and all areas of winemaking from fermentation to bottling. Shaw + Smith's environmentally sensitive winery is regarded as the benchmark for winery developments in the Adelaide Hills.

All Shaw + Smith wines are vinified and bottled at the winery.

Tasting Room and Wine Sales are open Saturday and Sunday 11am to 4pm.
