Hot 100 Winter Harvest is set to heat up the Adelaide Riverbank this June. Shining a spotlight on Hot 100 Wines—South Australia’s most drinkable wines—this all-new, exclusive food and wine event provides the perfect setting to toast the End of Financial Year in style. Gather with colleagues and friends to sample the Hot 100 Wines list and meet the makers in an intimate setting.

The event program features a special series of ‘Discovery Sessions’, an engaging and delicious session presented by International Cheese Judge Valerie Henbest and Dan Coward of Shaw + Smith. It will feature three Pinot Noirs from Shaw + Smith and Tolpuddle Vineyard matched with three alpine cheeses that will then be turned into the ultimate winter warmer: a cheese fondue.

Along with this, the opportunity to indulge your palate with two exquisite degustation dining events, with each course expertly paired to a fine South Australian wine. The Hot 100 Kitchen will also be serving up wintery favourites throughout the event, including slow roasted meats and hearty winter dishes.

Hot 100 Winter Harvest will be held at the heart of the city in the Adelaide Convention Centre’s new East Building, a warm, cosy space offering superlative Riverbank views.
