Martin counts Louis Roederer and Charles Heidseick among his non-vintage favourites. For special occassions, Taittinger Comtes de Champagne, Krug and Dom Perignon.

When it comes to glassware, Martin prefers a classic glass over a flute, as he believes they better display Champagne's complex characteristics.

"That said, if Dom was on offer and a Vegemite glass was the only option, I would happily partake."
