Journey from the cool-climate vineyards of the Adelaide Hills to the historic old vines of Blewitt Springs across eight carefully selected wines. Each pour will be expertly matched to a specially curated course by executive Chef Gary Rule, showcasing the distinct character, craftsmanship and sense of place behind two of the state’s most celebrated wine producers.
